The short answer
Naima Couture is a bespoke fashion house in Dubai dedicated to bridal and occasion wear. We design one gown at a time, by private appointment, for Emirati, Gulf and Arab women and for international clients across the UAE. The atelier is run by its founder and head designer and is licensed in Dubai.
What is Naima Couture?
Naima Couture is an exclusive boutique specialising in bespoke bridal and occasion wear, thoughtfully crafted for Emirati, Arab & international clients across the UAE.
From wedding gowns and henna-night ensembles to engagement looks, birthday outfits and elegant evening gowns, every creation is tailored to your individual measurements and personal style. Each piece is perfected through private fittings and finished with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a beautifully personalised experience and a truly one-of-a-kind design.
Who runs Naima Couture?
Naima Couture is led by Naima Riaz, Founder and head designer. Every design is overseen by the founder, from first sketch to final fitting. The atelier's registration details are listed in our privacy policy.
What does Naima Couture make?
Bridal gowns for the milcha, henna night and wedding night, South Asian bridal wear, evening gowns, kaftans and jalabiyas, and coordinated family wardrobes. We do not sell ready-made stock: every piece starts with a conversation. See the lookbook for recent work.
Who are our clients?
Most of our brides are Emirati and Gulf Arab women. We also dress Levantine, South Asian, European and other international clients living in or visiting the UAE. The UAE had 11.3 million residents at the end of 2024 [source], and our designs reflect that range of traditions.
How does the atelier approach craft?
Pattern-drafting, toile fitting and hand-finishing are done for each gown individually. Embroidery is placed by hand so it sits correctly on the finished, fitted garment. We treat every client's designs, measurements and photographs as private.
Why does Naima Couture publish guides?
Brides ask the same questions every season: how early to start, what to wear when, which fabrics survive the heat. We answer them in the Journal, citing official sources, so you can plan with confidence. Our editorial policy explains how we write and check them.
