Naima Couture collects only the details you choose to send us, such as your name, phone number, email, event date and notes, so we can reply and arrange your consultation. Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?
Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), occasion, event date, emirate, preferred consultation type and any notes you write.
WhatsApp and email: the messages, photos and measurements you send us.
Technical data: our hosting provider processes IP addresses and basic request data to deliver and protect the site. To stop spam, our form keeps a one-way hashed version of the sender's IP address for up to 24 hours; we never store the raw IP address.
Analytics: only if you accept analytics in the cookie settings, we use a privacy-friendly analytics service that counts visits without cookies or personal profiles.
Why do we use it and on what basis?
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange consultations and fittings, and make your gown. The legal basis is your consent and the steps needed to enter into and perform a contract with you, as allowed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data [source]. We never use your data for advertising and never sell it.
Where is your data stored and who can see it?
The contact form on this website does not store your details: when you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your message ready, and nothing is kept by this website or by its host (Cloudflare, Inc.). WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy. Only the founder and authorised atelier staff can see enquiries. We share data with no other third parties, except where the law requires it.
How long do we keep it?
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client order records for as long as the law requires for accounting.
What are your rights?
You can ask to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@naimacouture.com. We reply within 30 days. Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; a parent or guardian should contact us on a minor's behalf.
