Naima Couture makes evening gowns to measure for engagements, receptions, wedding guests, Eid and black-tie events across the UAE. We design the gown with you, fit it over two to three fittings and finish it by hand. Most evening pieces take eight to twelve weeks from the first meeting.
Which occasions are made-to-measure evening gowns for?

What is the difference between made-to-measure and bespoke?
Made-to-measure adapts an established Naima pattern to your measurements and style choices, so it is faster. Bespoke starts from a blank page with a new pattern and more fittings. How long does a custom evening gown take?
Allow eight to twelve weeks, longer for heavy hand embroidery or feather work. Book early in the cooler months: Dubai hotels averaged 80.7% occupancy across 2025, up from 78.2% in 2024 [source], and busy venues mean busy event calendars.
Can you design to a dress code or for a women-only celebration?
Yes. Share the invitation, venue and any family expectations. For a women-only celebration, many guests wear an open, glamorous gown inside with a matching abaya or cape for arrival; we design both together.
